“A fashion show in Rome at the Trevi Fountain is the best way to celebrate FENDI’s 90th anniversary as it expresses our roots and DNA while transmitting daring creativity and craftsmanship.” Pietro Beccari, FENDI Chairman and CEO, said in a statement.
Italian luxury fashion house will celebrate 90 years of its existence by staging a unique event on July 7 which will include a never-seen-before fashion show at the iconic Trevi Fountain in Rome.
Also, from July 4, a mini website made on the concept of “water”, www.fendi90years.com, is available online with a countdown that will appear on the waters of the fountain.
This digital platform will be composed with content of the event, the book FENDI ROMA and pictures of influencers, the “BFFendi squad”, including @StyleHeroine, @TheHautePursuit, @GiorgiaTordini, @TineAndreaa, @Majawyh, @Anny_styleontop. And the photographer and artistic director, Margaret Zhang will also be live on interviews during the event
After the event, the mini website will be enriched with backstage photos of the parade, the making of the collection, celebrity guests, photos of the streets, a dinner and the occasional afterparty. Not to forget theexhibition “The Artisans of Dreams” at the Palazzo della Civilta the next day.
