A deep friendship and a shared passion for sport, ROXY and Courrèges an unprecedented collaboration. Focus on the desire to innovate and a visionary spirit, the two brands combined clean style diverse collection of garments and accesories for every sportswomen.
“The idea came to us like creating a capsule collection of high performance sportswear. The concept sticks to the mind Courrèges quite naturally. After all, André Courrèges was himself a great sportsman and was constantly looking for technical innovation in clothing … And, like ROXY, he came from the southwest! ”
After a first meeting in February 2015, the two teams began to work together between the Courrèges workshops in Paris and the ROXY headquarters in Saint Jean de Luz. The result: A minimalist and avant-garde spirit collection composed of 16 pieces for skiing, snowboarding, running and water sports with a genuine approach to clothing design coupled with technical competence and mastery of technical subjects of ROXY.
The innovations and technical materials of the range include neoprene light, recycled jersey and polyamide, all treated UV50 for running and swim, and Japanese Toray guaranteeing protection and breathability and ROXY DryFlight and anti- Cold Enjoy & Care in rooms for skiing and snowboarding.
