From April 6, ACNE Studios will become Acne Studios Blå Konst, it will relaunch and replace its entire denim line. The new permanent range will be joined by seasonal collections that explore what inspires Jonny Johansson, it’s an investigation in denim.
“We have taken this step because I wanted to create a free space for us, running parallel to our regular collections. This is what Acne Studios Blå Konst will be. Our denim will be like a study, always evolving and moving forward,” -Creative Dierector, Jonny Johansson
The permanent collections will offer the reimagined denim jackets, shorts and skirts. Also, six styles of jeans, one baggy, straight and skinny style for men and for women. Each styled had been designed with details specific to Acne Studios Blå Konst. For this first seasonal collection, Acne Studios Blå Konst looks at ideas of the Swedish outdoors and the functionality of the artist’s uniform.
