Acne Studios will release a limited edition collaboration with the american artist Jack Pierson known for his works on various mediums, including letter-based sculpture, photography and video. One hundred pouches have been debossed with five different artworks from the exhibition catalogue ”Caught in the Rain Broken in the Stardust”, originally published for Jack Pierson’s 1994 solo exhibition at Regen Projects, Los Angeles.
The sweden luxury fashion firm has also produced 100 second editions of the original exhibition catalogue with a numbered certification of approval signed by the artist himself. A copy of the second edition will be included with each pouch.
In addition to the limited edition collaboration, the firm has released new designs to it’s premiun range of small leather goods for fall. New styles include a coin purse, wallet, key ring and pouches in varying sizes and silver zipper pulls with a newly shaped graphic element.
Colours come in classic combinations, such as black leather with black trim and cognac with olive green trim, or vivid and contrasting pops of colours.
The small leather goods range for fall is available now in all Acne Studios stores and on acnestudios.com and the limited edition products will be availlable from 17 November in Aoyama in Tokyo, Norrmalmstorg in Stockholm, Rue Froissart in Paris, Eastern Columbia Building in Los Angeles, Dover Street in London, Greene Street in New York and on acnestudios.com.
