Diane Von Furstenberg presents its first campaign under chief creative officer Jonathan Saunders, an ode to New York City, the vibrant metropolis where DVF was founded. With art direction by Jonny Lu Studio, he campaign captures the beautiful contrasts and the unique style and glamour of New York, shot by Oliver Hadlee Pearch.

In the film features, Luna Bijl, Yoon Young Bae, Angok Mayen, and Cara Taylor, from The Netherlands, Korea, Sudan, and America, each one on her own journey, discovering self-expression, freedom, humor, and originality. The campaign is set to a voice-over written by poet Rachel Kang, who writes about contemporary life and modern love. This poem is a metaphor for discovering the city and falling in love.

The varied locations serve as colorful backdrops to showcase the modernity and creativity of the Fall 17 collection. The campaign features many key custom colorful prints from the Fall 17 collection, including the abstract hand-drawn, Elsden print, the bold Belmont leopard print, and the dramatic Benton floral print.
