CELEBRATING 70 YEARS OF DIOR

Assouline will publish a series of books devoted to Dior's designers .

Yves Saint Laurent is the new book that will be publish by Assouline on the occasion of the seventieth anniversary of the house of Dior. Assouline is publishing a series of books devoted to the seven designers who have headed the House.

Laurence Benaïm, the writer and journalist specialist in the couturier and also the author of his biography, examines the founder’s successor, Yves Saint Laurent, time at the house of Dior and the collections he designed there. To offer a snapshot of the inspirations that marked Dior years from 1958 to 1960 contemporary images by Laziz Hamani will mix with photographs of the time.
