The meeting of the fashion designer, Delphine Delafon, with the director Julien Bachelet and the artist Irina Lazareanu, who composed text and music, led to the realization of a short film called Desperadas. This video illustrates Delphine’s Delafon’s FW17 collection, presented at the Palais de Tokyo, where she staged a man’s funeral.

Tic-tac, tic-tac, tic-tac … The cigarette is consumed. Mourning is read on every face. Only the memory still stirs up the flame, red blood. Time is stopped. No one knows where one is. Women weep, undress, confront, ignore, or seek each other. The obscure look. Inquisitor. Or murderer. Who knows ? They wear the skye, the snake and the velvet. Their clothes for armor alone. Seven Desperadas bury their man. The king is dead, long live the queens.
