The lady Dior bag created in 1995, is now an expression of the contemporary refinement of the house. “Lady Art” the new project, lends the iconic Dior bag as a starting point for a new wealth of interpretations and artistic appropations.

Likewise the opening of the house Dior in London, where the house invited the London based sculptor, designer and painter Marc Quinn to deliver his vision of the iconic bag and small leather accesories for limited edition exclusively in the boutique. The story continuous with a new proyect involving six new talented artist from british: Jason Martin, Ian Davenport, Mat Collishaw and american artists like Matthew Porter, Chris Martin and Daniel Gordon. For unveil their creations presented in different boutiques around the world.
In undertaking this collaboration, the house has pushed the limits of its savoir-faire in order to respond to the artists’s requirements. A carte blanche to artists who have transposed their own creative universes into the Dior leatherworking language.
