We visit Marc Deloche’s cute store located along the famous rue de rival. He is presenting his ss18 and we were delighted to see his creative designs.

Marc comes from an architectural background which he still practices in a parallel way with jewelry design. This is his fourth collection and he is blending tones and creating a very particular way to wear jewelry. A ring can turn an earring, and an earring can easily become a necklace, endless combinations and shapes that work well with each other or alone.

The combination of gold and silver is also an attractive asset, fresh , new and radical shapes make his message feminine and strong at the same time.

Marc Deloche is also known as a custom made jewelry designer , receiving orders from all over the world. He spend a lot of his time taking care of us and explaining the different characteristics of the work made in gold and silver, which happen to be two completely different metals, leaving silver as one of the most tricky and difficult textures to work with , a stubborn one, complicated all around.

“It all began with an oblong shape that I wanted to stretch out as far as possible”, explains Marc Deloche, the result was a little strange and slightly irregular but I liked it. I wanted to make it the statement of this collection with more deconstructed and sometimes disproportionate styles. It was also important to create an element surprise with transformable designs that let a woman wear a piece of jewelry in many different ways. The twenty two pieces in collection #4 are separated into four themes Hyperboles, Anacoluthe, Litote and Anaphore.
