Different colors combined in a single yarn to create voluminous coats with elegant lines. The colors used echo the colors of the aurora borealis. In this group, dresses, jackets and trousers, woven with strips in Ultra Sweden, have their colors change according to the angle of view. The body is enveloped by this phenomenon created by the combination of colors and different textiles.
PLASMA x “Baked Stretch” Look 15-18, 23-27
Baked Stretch is a process that consists of printing a special glue on the fabric before it is “baked”, patterning the pleats permanently on the garment. The combination of printed lines on curved pleats creates an optical effect that expresses the powerful and magnetic energy of the luminous phenomenon.
AURORAS x “Steam Stretch” Look 30-49
The Steam Stretch, a technique that uses the heat of steam to retract a yarn with elastic properties, creates a simple and refined pleat on a piece of cloth. 3-D shapes are created on square pieces . This season, the evolution relates to the lightness of the material and the use of different colors juxtaposed whose shimmering reflections evoke the aurora borealis.

ISSEY MIYAKE and United Nude are once again collaborating on the ISSEY MIYAKE x UN shoes line. Two new models are presented: WAVE whose soles change colors according to the angle of view and BUZZ, from sneakers to original soles, white and wavy.
Live Music “Radio Waves” by Ei Wada
Ei Wada, a member of the Open Reel Ensemble group, dexterously orchestrates the radio frequencies to transcribe into sound the changing and unpredictable lights of the Northern Lights. Using a transmitter and two CRT televisions, it transforms the audio sources of a keyboard and a computer into radio waves. The waves are picked up by several radio sets and are converted into Wada’s live mixes. The resulting mysterious melodies take us into a fantastic world.
