This winter season Lucas Ossendrijver, Artistic Director of the Lanvin House, reworks, enriches and sublimates the emblematic elements of the men’s wardrobe such as the shirt, the t-shirt or the coat.
Tiles are the center of attention for this collection, the duffle-coat mounted at an angle to give structure through the shirt, the details are unexpected without anything left to chance. The work on the fabrics is proof of this: the materials are natural and noble: crumpled cotton poplin, English or Italian wool. A checkered shirt blends into a down jacket whose inner lining is in the same exclusive fabric when another slips under a short oversized pullover: tiles join together. The models of plaid shirts are many as the different necks imagined: V cut, scratch, simple, zipped or lavallière.
