We had the chance to spy on the newly renovated LA RESERVE PARIS , the new classic chic in the heart of PARIS , the place were the most important VIP’s gather to either work or simply have fun. Before we start our tour , we taste a fresh bowl of cherries, exquisitely served by chef Jérôme Banctel.
In a capital with a strong variety of gastronomic choices, the restaurant LE GABRIEL offers a very contemporary french cuisine.
Their famous brunch is filled with a ton of gourmet flavours and tastes, the chef starts with a selection of hot drinks, fruit plates and baskets of delicious bread, and pastries. We loved the foie gras mushroom burger, the spanish ham finger sandwich and the miso marinated salmon.
THE SPA
Then, we took a look to their magnificent spa, were detail and decor was intensely thought.
The Spa is reserved for clients over aged 14 and over.
The swimming pool, the fitness center and the hammam are open every day from 7 am to 9 pm and are reserved exclusively for the guests of La Réserve Paris – Hotel, Spa and Apartments.The Spa provides you with a locker and linen for use while at the Spa and it is a place dedicated to calm and relaxation.
