An outstanding brand rooted in the history of Belgium, Delvaux has, since its beginnings, displayed a taste for the unexpected and a certain sense of the unconventional. René Magritte, one of the Belgian Kingdom’s most celebrated painters, has long figured among the house symbols.

For the holiday season, the house offers a specially dedicated line in homage to Magritte. A surrealist spirit reigns over this playful and charming collection in which Delvaux re-imagines and interprets iconic Magritte motifs—clouds, apples, and the bowler hat.

Small leather goods items also tap into the Magritte vocabulary, with cutouts that are first appliqued and then given extra volume with a raised quilting effect.

Completing the line are a silk scarf with its pattern composed of Magritte-like figures and fragments, like elements of a story waiting to be told, and, a lambskin ribbon printed with a cloudy sky motif, for wrapping around the handle of a bag
