Creation is a poetic act. An eruptive process that emerges from a magmatic nucleus populated by emergencies, ghosts and desires. A whirlwind where the flow of being densifies to generate new meanings. An explosion where once-trapped vital forces are finally released.

Such a revolutionary act causes landslides. It breaks down the crumbling of tradition. In this sense, the act of creation, as Deleuze would say, is also and above all an act of resistance.

The collection embodies this exercise of resistance. Each garment vibrates with an intellectual tension that resists homologation in a revolt against the fixity and for the inalienable right to the difference.

We must therefore resist. Resist with force. First to the acceleration and its obsessive râle which risks to break the life. Resist the mantra of the speed that leads violently to the loss of oneself. Resist the illusion of novelty at all costs. The strategy is not simple. It demands the courage to linger slowly, to take care of oneself, to recover from it, by deeply and gracefully inspiring a story to be deeply digged. This is what the collection does, not by turning the page, but by insisting strongly on a narrative that consolidates itself in slowness.

In this context, Gucci proposes a phenomenology of the dissident spirit. A map of signs to learn how to inhabit the world with poetry, surpassing its contingencies and its uniformizing monotony.
