Now open to shepherds who watch over the goats of Inner Mongolia. The candidates’ fabric was evaluated according to three criteria: fineness, length and performance. Presented by Pier Luigi Loro Piana, Vice President of Loro Piana, the prize was awarded for the work of two couples, Mr. Zhang Mingzhu and Ms.
The “Loro Piana Cashmere of the Year Award” highlights the results of a long-term research project that Loro Piana is developing in the Asian region. Its goal is to optimize the quality of local cashmere production.
